Initial consultation
We meet up to discuss what you would like to achieve and in what time frame, then together we decide how best to get results and what type of training suits you and fits in with your lifestyle.

A 30-60 minute consultation is free.
After the this you then have a choice in how you would like to book your sessions:

  • 1 session £40
  • 3 sessions £105
  • 10 sessions £300

If a group of friends would like to train together, we can discuss discounted rates for group sessions.

If you’re involved in a particular sport and need to improve fitness levels, power, strength or endurance needed for that sport, then a sports specific training program is essential. Working in conjunction with your coaches, physios and other training schedules to design a program to achieve better sporting performance

BODY MOTIVATION

When you have been exercising a while you may feel like you need fresh motivation and inspiration. Instead of ongoing one to one sessions, I can offer program updates and regular check-ins on progress. Giving you new ideas and goals without the financial or time commitment of personal training. These motivation sessions and programs are not for beginners, but rather for the experienced exerciser who just needs a boost.
