POST NATAL EXERCISE
Exercise can help get your body back to ‘normal’ after birth. Correcting posture to ease low back pain and shoulder tension and strengthening pelvic floor and core abdominal muscles. Weight loss and toning up Increasing activity levels for vitality and energy.

Fully qualified and insured in post natal exercise training one-2-one and in groups.

THE WHOLE NINE MONTHS

A package designed to keep the pregnant and/or new mum fit, active, vibrant and looking great.
Choose from either 9, 18 or 36 sessions taken over a period of NINE months. So you can train one-to one with me on a monthly, fortnightly or weekly basis. The nine month period begins from the first session and all sessions must be taken within that time.
The package includes one-to one sessions, nutrition advice, tailor made programs to use at home or at the gym, and ongoing support with your fitness throughout your pregnancy and post natal period.

*There is a 6-10 week time frame after birth when training is not advised, this period will not be counted as part of the nine months. Although advice on nutrition and activity in this period will be included in the package.
